Advanced Medical Assistant Technology

This course is part of our Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) program, it focuses on the theory and application of administration and clinical. Upon successful completion the student should be able to Demonstrate concepts related to professional conduct, ethical behavior, and patient confidentiality; distinguish when patient questions and requests should be referred to office manager, nurse, or doctor; demonstrate filing and updating records; maintain clinical and examination areas.
